Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellation terms follow the policy selected at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The number of occupants may not exceed the maximum capacity stated for each apartment. Management reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of a violation of house rules, without refund.
